Our Story
Voltiva started in a Miami warehouse in 2019, founded by three people who had spent a combined twenty years buying consumer goods for retailers and online sellers. They knew exactly what was broken: phantom inventory, list pricing on reorders, and authenticity paperwork that took a week to arrive.
So they built the opposite. Voltiva only lists what is physically on a shelf. Pricing tiers are published up front. Sourcing documentation is attached to the lot, not emailed on request. And every account gets a named rep instead of a ticket number.
Seven years later we run eighteen warehouses across five regions and serve more than nineteen hundred trade accounts — but the rule has not changed. If it says it ships today, it ships today.

Most categories start at a 50 to 100 unit minimum. Larger electronics such as TVs start at 25 units, and pallet-priced lines are quoted per pallet with project pricing.
Four published tiers move on trailing 90-day volume. You don't apply for a tier and you don't renegotiate one — the account moves when the volume does, and the new pricing applies to the next order automatically.
